Ingredients
- 1 Box corkscrew pasta (cook to box instuctions)
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 italian salad dressing
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper (green or red or mixture of both)
- 1 tbsp of yellow mustard
Method
- prepare pasta to instructions on box
- chop all veggies
- mix mustard and salad dressing together and set aside
- drain pasta and let cool for 20 min,
- toss pasta with all of the chopped veggies
- toss with salad dressing mixture
- chill in refridgerator for 30-45 min before serving
