Ingredients

  • 1 Box corkscrew pasta (cook to box instuctions)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 italian salad dressing
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bell pepper (green or red or mixture of both)
  • 1 tbsp of yellow mustard

Method

  • prepare pasta to instructions on box
  • chop all veggies
  • mix mustard and salad dressing together and set aside
  • drain pasta and let cool for 20 min,
  • toss pasta with all of the chopped veggies
  • toss with salad dressing mixture
  • chill in refridgerator for 30-45 min before serving
