Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 4 rib pork chops
- 1/3 c white wine
- 1/4 c fresh chopped parsley
- 3 1/2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/3 c raisins
- S & P to taste
Method
- Melt butter add chops and cook on high for 6 minutes each side. Remove and set aside. Add wine, parsley, raisins and cheese to the skillet and cook on low until creamy. Taste for salt and pepper and serve over chops.
