- 1 lb. Penne pasta
- 1 lb. broccoli
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 can ripe olives
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- diced red pepper
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cut up
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. crushed chili pepper
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. Parmesan, freshly grated
Method
- Add together all ingredients, but Parmesan.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Chill.
