- 7 oz. pasta (any kind)
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard horseradish
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 2 c. diced cucumber
- 1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. sliced pepperoni, cut in half
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Prepare pasta.
- Toss hot pasta with Italian dressing.
- Let stand.
- Prepare vegetables and pepperoni.
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed.
- Set aside.
- Combine pasta and vegetables. Add salt and pepper.
- Add mayonnaise mixture.
- Gently toss.
- Add more mayonnaise if necessary.
- Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
