Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 lb. green beans
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. chicken stock
- 1 oz. white wine
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook green beans al dente.
- Melt butter over medium heat; do not brown.
- Add diced tomatoes and toss.
- Add chicken stock and wine.
- Let boil.
- Add cheese and al dente green beans.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Toss with fettucine.
