Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour half and half
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 10 crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can Wilderness cherry pie filling

Method

  • Soften cream cheese and add sugar, flour and salt.
  • Blend well; add remaining ingredients except pie filling and crackers. Crush graham crackers on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  • Pour cream cheese mix over crackers.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Cool in pan on rack.
  • Spread with pie filling and chill.
