- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour half and half
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 10 crushed graham crackers
- 1 can Wilderness cherry pie filling
Method
- Soften cream cheese and add sugar, flour and salt.
- Blend well; add remaining ingredients except pie filling and crackers. Crush graham crackers on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
- Pour cream cheese mix over crackers.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Cool in pan on rack.
- Spread with pie filling and chill.
