Ingredients
- 4 to 6 oz. tortellini
- 8 oz. half and half
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook tortellini until half done; strain and return to pan. Add cream, margarine, mushrooms, peas and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook slowly until tortellini is fully done.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.
