Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 1 c. or more mayonnaise
- paprika (for sprinkling)
Method
- Wash and cook cauliflower until just tender; drain.
- Place in a bowl and pour dressing over.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight; drain well.
- Place cauliflower on serving plate; frost entire head with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Use a spoon to serve.
- Pat cauliflower dry with paper towels before adding mayonnaise.
- It will frost better.
