Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. biscuit mix
Method
- Let sausage come
- to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325°. Combine by hand the
- sausage
- and cheese in a bowl; add biscuit mix and blend
- thoroughly. Roll
- into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- May be served hot or cold.
