Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (lemon, lemon-lime or lime)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1/4 c. chopped, blanched almonds
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Drain pineapple, measuring 1/2 cup syrup.
- Add to Jell-O.
- Chill until very thick.
- Fold in pineapple, cheese, cherries and almonds.
- Pour into individual molds or 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
- Chill until firm.
