Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. crushed cashews
Method
- Saut onion and celery with 1 tablespoon butter. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, onion, celery, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Form into 1-inch balls, using a teaspoon. Place on a cookie sheet and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
