Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ground nuts or snipped parsley
Method
- Soften all cheeses to room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until fluffy.
- Cover and chill for 8 hours.
- Shape into balls.
- Yields 2 small balls or 1 large ball.
