Ingredients
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 4 to 6 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
- 3 to 4 celery stalks, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. coarsely crushed seasoned croutons
Method
- Bring water, onion and chicken bouillon to a boil.
- Stir until bouillon is dissolved.
- Add carrots and celery.
- Cover and cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
