Ingredients
- 1/4 c. corn flakes, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 5 slices bread, toasted and sliced into 5 strips
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
Method
- Mix
- corn flake
- crumbs
- and
- Parmesan cheese.
- Remove crusts from toast slices; cut
- each
- into
- narrow
- strips. Combine margarine and onion
- salt. Roll
- strips in margarine, then in crumb mixture.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° about 5 minutes or until crisp.
- Better served slightly warmed. Makes approximately 25.
