Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Fresh Shrimp
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2-3 Teaspoons Garlic Powder or 3 Teaspoons fresh Chopped Garlic.
  • 1 Pack Dried Fettuccine
  • 1 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Shreeded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4oz Shreeded Montery Jack Cheese with Jelapeno Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Method

  • Pre heat oven 350
  • Peel, divine and wash Shrimp. Grease a Casserole dish and set aside. Cook Fettuccine according to package.
  • In a large skillet heat butter over medium heat add shrimp and Garlic cook for 1-2 minutes or till all shrimp turns pink, add 1 tablespoon parsley and Set aside.
  • Drain Fettuccine and return back to hot saucepan add whipping cream and parmesan cheese, toss over medium heat till cheese melts remove from heat and add shrimp and mix. Put mixture in casserole dish and sprinkle with Montrey Jack Cheese and left over parsley. Bake uncovered for 15-20 or until cheese has melted on top.
