Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken (4 chicken breasts)
  • 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika (approximately)
  • melted margarine or nonstick spray

Method

  • Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Take skin off chicken and rinse meat.
  • Roll chicken in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in 2-quart shallow baking dish already prepared with melted margarine or nonstick spray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then turn chicken and bake 20 minutes.
