Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake, baked in 2 layers
- 1 large jar apple jelly
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small bag coconut
Method
- Slice cake layers around through the middle to make 4 thin layers.
- Bring jelly to a boil; add sugar and bring back to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Spoon jelly mixture between layers.
- For top layer and sides, add coconut to remaining jelly mixture.
- Stir well and spread over top and sides.
