- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Egg Beaters
- 1/4 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal (optional)
- 1/2 jar Kraft lite fudge topping
Method
- In a large bowl, combine sugars, flour, Egg Beaters, applesauce, corn syrup, Hershey's chocolate syrup and cocoa.
- Mix until well blended.
- Stir in vanilla and Grape-Nuts, if desired. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack.
- Frost with lite fudge topping.
- Yields 36 brownies.
