Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 oniones
- 1/2 kg paneer
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp red mirchi powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 pinch kasuri methi
Method
- make the ginger garlic paste by taking equal amout of ginger n garlic
- chop d onions n tomatoes chop dem as small as possible
- grate the paneer(or make vry small cubes of paneer)
- heat oil(use any oil) in a sauce pan
- add the ginger garlic paste.
- immediadetly add onions.
- fry d onions til dey are golden brown.
- add gram masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, red mirchi powder.
- add tomatoes.
- mix dem
- add paneer.
- add salt n mix it well.
