Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 oniones
  • 1/2 kg paneer
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp red mirchi powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch kasuri methi

Method

  • make the ginger garlic paste by taking equal amout of ginger n garlic
  • chop d onions n tomatoes chop dem as small as possible
  • grate the paneer(or make vry small cubes of paneer)
  • heat oil(use any oil) in a sauce pan
  • add the ginger garlic paste.
  • immediadetly add onions.
  • fry d onions til dey are golden brown.
  • add gram masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, red mirchi powder.
  • add tomatoes.
  • mix dem
  • add paneer.
  • add salt n mix it well.
