Ingredients
- 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Place potatoes in 12 x 8-inch (2-quart) or 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour margarine mixture over potatoes. Toss to coat evenly. Bake at 375° for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender, crisp and lightly browned, stirring twice during baking.
