Ingredients
- fish fillets
- crushed saltine crackers
- mayonnaise
- lemon pepper
- salt
Method
- Coat fish fillet with this layer of mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and lemon pepper.
- Roll in crushed cracker crumbs.
- Place in shallow pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 400° until flaky.
