- 1 lb asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425F Place the asparagus in a shallow baking dish.
- Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger together in a small bowl, and pour evenly over the asparagus.
- Toss the asparagus with your hands to mix thoroughly.
- Roast the asparagus for about 10 to 15 minutes, until bright green and just tender.
- Serve hot.
