Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) tuna
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 c. thin sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. curry
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large c. Chinese noodles

Method

  • Mix mayonnaise with curry, lemon juice, garlic salt and soy sauce.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients with mayonnaise mixture.
  • Just before serving add pecans and noodles.
