- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 lb. white almond bark, divided
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup peanuts
- Candied red cherries
- 1/3 cup coconut
Method
- Melt chocolate chips and 14 oz. almond bark (I use microwave at 60% power).
- Stir in marshmallows, cereal and peanuts.
- Pour onto greased or foil-covered 12 inch pizza pan.
- Top with cherries; sprinkle with coconut.
- Melt remaining 2 oz. almond bark and drizzle over coconut.
- Chill until firm. Store at room temperature.
