Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 lb. white almond bark, divided
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • Candied red cherries
  • 1/3 cup coconut

Method

  • Melt chocolate chips and 14 oz. almond bark (I use microwave at 60% power).
  • Stir in marshmallows, cereal and peanuts.
  • Pour onto greased or foil-covered 12 inch pizza pan.
  • Top with cherries; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Melt remaining 2 oz. almond bark and drizzle over coconut.
  • Chill until firm. Store at room temperature.
