- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
- garlic salt to taste
- cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- cooking oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent salt
- 1/2 c. rice vinegar
Method
- Sprinkle chicken generously with garlic salt.
- Roll each piece in cornstarch.
- Dip into beaten eggs.
- Saute in small amount of cooking oil until brown.
