Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cook ravioli as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat.
  • Add onions; cook 5 min.
  • or until tender, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last min.
  • Stir in tomatoes, basil and pepper.
  • Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Drain ravioli; stir into tomato mixture.
  • Spoon into 3-qt.
  • casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min.
  • or until heated through.
