Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean beef, cut in cubes
- 3 c. water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 c. cheese, diced
- 1 can mushrooms
Method
- Cook cubed beef in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove meat and add soup and noodles.
- Cook until noodles are done.
- Add remaining ingredients and the beef and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 375°.
- Serves 12.
