Ingredients
- 225 g self-raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 100 g crushed Oreo cookies
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180oC and grease a 7 inch baking tin.
- Mix the flour, salt and sugar together.
- Rub in the butter.
- Add the milk and eggs.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add the crushed oreo biscuits and stir but do not overmix.
- Pour into the prepared tin and bake for around 50 minutes.
