- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 6 pork chops
Method
- Trim and brown pork chops.
- Mix orange juice and mushroom soup to make a sauce.
- Dip pork chops into sauce and set aside.
- Spread uncooked rice in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour sauce over rice. Place pork chops on top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 350°.
- Uncover the last 15 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
