Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. orange rind
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 c. pecan halves
Method
- Bring orange juice, orange rind and sugar to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
- Stir in pecans and continue to cook.
- Stir until all syrup is absorbed.
- Remove from heat.
- Spread out on wax paper to cool.
- Store in airtight container.
