Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained)
- 2 boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
- 1 large (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
Method
- Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with liquid for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans.
- Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
- Drain pineapple juice, reserving the juice of 1 can to pour over the baked layers while warm (2 layer cake).
