Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can vegetable broth
- 1/2 c. sweet orange marmalade or apple jelly
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. cooked rice
Method
- In skillet brown chicken about 10 minutes; remove chicken from skillet.
- Mix the rest of ingredients together.
- Add to skillet cook until mixture boils and thickens stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet. Cook until chicken is done.
- Serve over rice and garnish with orange slices.
