Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 2 small pkg. orange jello
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small box lemon instant pudding
Method
- Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add orange juice and stir until melted.
- Add pineapple and oranges.
- Let congeal. Dissolve pudding in one cup cold milk.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread on top of congealed salad.
