Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavor jello
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In large saucepan, bring pineapple and syrup to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Stir in buttermilk; fold in whipped topping and pecans.
- Pour into 8-cup molds.
- Chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Serves 6 to 8.
