Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini or 3 small zucchini
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup Cointreau liqueur
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
Method
- Julienne zucchini into 2 inch sticks.
- Saute in butter until tende crisp, about 3 minutes.
- Add Cointreau and marmalade and heat through.
- Sprinkle lightly with pepper and serve warm.
