Ingredients

  • 6 Ears fresh corn
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Butter
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp flour blended with 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cracked black pepper
  • 3/4 cup Half and half

Method

  • Cut corn off the cob then scrape with knife to get all the milk and Plup.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet.
  • Stir in corn and juices, then add 3 tablespoons of water and sugar.
  • Cook until corn is tender.
  • Stir in flour water mixture, salt and pepper blend well.
  • gradually add half and half stirring constantly cook for about 2 minutes longer.
  • DO NOT LET BOIL!!!
