Ingredients
- 6 Ears fresh corn
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 Butter
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp flour blended with 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cracked black pepper
- 3/4 cup Half and half
Method
- Cut corn off the cob then scrape with knife to get all the milk and Plup.
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Stir in corn and juices, then add 3 tablespoons of water and sugar.
- Cook until corn is tender.
- Stir in flour water mixture, salt and pepper blend well.
- gradually add half and half stirring constantly cook for about 2 minutes longer.
- DO NOT LET BOIL!!!
