Ingredients
- 1 (23 oz.) Jar Regular Applesauce
- 1/3 Cup Orange Marmalade
- 3 Egg Whites Beaten Stiff
Method
- In medium bowl mix applesauce and marmalade.
- Mix well. Carefully fold in egg whites.
- Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Cover and freeze until firm, Scoop frozen mixture into 5 oz. cups or dessert dishes.
- Makes 12 - 1/2 Cup Servings, 1 Point.
