Ingredients
- 1 can honey roasted mixed nuts
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 small boxes pistachio pudding (instant)
Method
- 1st Layer:
- Crush nuts in food processor or blender.
- Set aside 1/4 cup nuts.
- Melt butter.
- Combine rest of nuts, butter and flour.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and press to form crust. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
- Let crust cool completely before going to next layer.
