Ingredients
- 1 large onion (per bowl)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. water (per each onion)
- 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- French bread
Method
- Slice onions in small amount of oil, simmer until onions pearlize.
- Add onion soup and water.
- Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add wine.
- Simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
