Ingredients

  • 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. blue cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Finely chopped Walnuts or pecans (about 1/2 c.)

Method

  • Grate cheddar and Swiss coarsley.
  • Crumble blue cheese finely using a fork, mix all together with softened cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in nuts.
  • Put on platter or cookie sheet lined with wax paper chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
