Ingredients
- 7 onions, sliced
- 7 or 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 7 c. water
Method
- Saute onions in butter until clear in color. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons flour to coat onions well.
- Put water and bouillon cubes in pot and heat until cubes are dissolved.
- May want to add garlic powder and parsley.
- Add onions and cook for 30 minutes.
