Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth, undiluted
- 2-3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 cup rice
Method
- Cook onion in margarine until soft.
- Add broth and bring to boil.
- Add rice.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook covered for about 25 minutes or until rice is soft and relatively dry.
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
