Ingredients
- 1 qt. boiling water
- salt and pepper
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 stick low-fat margarine
Method
- Cook until potatoes are done.
- Roll out dough according to directions from Bisquick box.
- Mix and add thin strips to potato mixture.
- Boil gently a minute or two and turn off heat.
- Place a lid on the pot and let steam for a few minutes.
- Use a larger pot (about a 4-quart size one).
- Serve with Cheddar cheese and goldfish crackers.
