Ingredients

  • 3 medium Onion
  • 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
  • 300 grams Okonomiyaki flour
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, bonito flakes
  • 2 Eggs

Method

  • Chop the onion.
  • The picture shows how finely to chop.
  • Mix the flour, water, and egg together.
  • Be careful!
  • Regardless of the amount of onions, do not add more water.
