Ingredients

  • 3 bacon strips, diced
  • 4 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tube crescent rolls

Method

  • In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
  • Drain and discard drippings.
  • In the same skillet, cook onions in the oleo until tender.
  • Cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sour cream and salt; add eggs.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles. Pat dough into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pan, stretching as needed.
  • Pinch edges together and seal.
  • Pour onion mixture over dough.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
