Ingredients
- 3 bacon strips, diced
- 4 medium onions, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tube crescent rolls
Method
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Drain and discard drippings.
- In the same skillet, cook onions in the oleo until tender.
- Cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sour cream and salt; add eggs.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles. Pat dough into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pan, stretching as needed.
- Pinch edges together and seal.
- Pour onion mixture over dough.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
