Ingredients
- 1 c. grits
- 4 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Cook grits in water 4 minutes.
- Mix eggs in milk. Add grated cheese and margarine.
- Pour into grits.
- Put in casserole dish. Cook 30 minutes at 325°.
