Ingredients
- 2 to 4 pkg. hot dogs
- 1 beer
- 1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Method
- Precook hot dogs in boiling water.
- Cool and cut into bite size pieces.
- In electric frying pan, sprinkle brown sugar over hot dogs.
- Add beer (a little at a time) to make a paste.
- Sprinkle with hot sauce.
- Cook on low heat until glazed.
- Continue adding beer, brown sugar and hot sauce as needed.
- Serve warm.
