Ingredients
- 1 envelope yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water; warm milk and pour over butter, stirring until creamy.
- Add sugar; dissolve the yeast mixture in salt and flour.
- The dough will be sticky.
- Make 2-inch rolls. Place in a greased pan.
- Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 425° until brown.
