Ingredients

  • 2 lb. very lean ground beef
  • 2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 c. onions, sliced thin
  • 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
  • cabbage (white and red)
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • garlic salt to taste
  • Greek seasoning to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method

  • Put salt, pepper, garlic salt and Greek seasoning in bottom of electric frying pan.
  • Form meat into a large patty to cover the whole bottom of the pan.
  • Add another layer of 4 seasonings.
  • Put 1/2 can of soup over meat.
  • Layer potatoes, onions and carrots. Add more seasoning and more soup.
  • Layer cabbage and mushrooms. Add remaining soup.
  • Let simmer until meat and vegetables are done, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
