Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 lb. shredded cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 pkg. ham

Method

  • Note:
  • Use 2 eggs per omelet.
  • Cut up olives, mushrooms, onions and ham.
  • All of the ingredients are optional except for cheese.
  • You can use fat-free cheese.
  • Beat 2 eggs; pour in a skillet that is preheated with butter and put ingredients in the middle of eggs as in a line with the outer edge of eggs; use them as flaps and fold them one at a time to cover ingredients and whoopi you have some good stuff.
