Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 can black olives
- 1 lb. shredded cheese
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pkg. ham
Method
- Note:
- Use 2 eggs per omelet.
- Cut up olives, mushrooms, onions and ham.
- All of the ingredients are optional except for cheese.
- You can use fat-free cheese.
- Beat 2 eggs; pour in a skillet that is preheated with butter and put ingredients in the middle of eggs as in a line with the outer edge of eggs; use them as flaps and fold them one at a time to cover ingredients and whoopi you have some good stuff.
